We want you to love what you buy. If something is not right, here is how returns and exchanges work.

Returns and exchanges
- You can request a return or size exchange within [7] days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
- Items bought on final sale or clearance cannot be returned.

Damaged or wrong item
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will replace it or refund you in full.

Refunds
- Once we receive and check the returned item, we will process your refund within [5-7] working days.
- Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or wrong.

Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is shipped by contacting us. Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping are refunded in full.
